Shipping & Delivery

At touchlynx, we strive to give your order, our first priority! We ship out your orders within 24-72 hours from the order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please make sure to apply the correct shipping address along with full legal name and if by mistake, the shipping address placed is incorrect notify us through email: [email protected] immediately.

If we have trouble verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed 24 - 48 hours. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take up to an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

We use USPS as our shipping carrier to send out our packages and the amount of days it may take to reach are as follows, according to which shipping method is selected: 

  • Standard shipping is USPS First Class, 3-5 days to most locations.
  • Expedited shipping is USPS Priority, 2-3 days to most locations.
  • International shipping is USPS First Class, 4-21 days to most locations.
  • Expedited International shipping is USPS Priority, 3-7 days to most locations.

Every order ships direct from our location in Chicago, Illinois.

Once your order has been shipped out touchlynx has no control over USPS delays nor are we responsible for lost packages. We advice that you insure your package or select a signature required option if you would like to make sure your package reaches you safely. For these options, please email us directly so we add-on these options. However, please note that the cost is higher compared to regular shipping rates.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders will take slightly longer to be delivered depending upon the carrier selected. touchlynx has no control over delays that may occur depending on your country's regulations. 

  • DHL Express Worldwide Shipping: 3-7 days to most locations.
  • UPS Standard: 7-10 days to most locations.
  • USPS: 7-21 days (We do not recommend USPS shipping for international customers. Although it is the cheapest option, we recommend to insure package if selecting this option.)

(Please note: touchlynx is not responsible for customs, duties or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.)

 INCORRECT ADDRESS:

We always ask the customer to make sure the address provided is correct as touchlynx is not responsible for reshipping any packages that were returned due to incorrect address. touchlynx is not be liable to pay shipping cost for the next shipment. We will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid. In the case that the shipment is returned to our facility you will receive an email from our customer service team, all original shipping fees will be deducted from final refund plus a 10-25% restocking fee in event shipment is returned to our facility.

 All Online transactions are secure, we do not have any access or information regarding your payment details as they are processed through the secure and encrypted services of Shopify Payments and PayPal.
